Churnet Sound has joined the other stations available in North Staffordshire following the award of their licence from Ofcom. Based in Biddulph, Churnet Sound has become the first station to hold a C-DSP licence for two different SSDAB areas due to the fact that their station is located in the overlap between the Stoke and Newcastle and Congleton and Leek SSDAB Polygons. With many areas in and around the town of Biddulph only covered by the Stoke and Newcastle mux, the station is on both muxes. For more information on Churnet Sounds, visit their website at www.churnetsound.co.uk.
